1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • How to Cancel: Clients can request cancellation of services by contacting us via email at info@cafunesol.in. The request should include your account details, the service you wish to cancel, and a brief reason for the cancellation.
  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 working days before the renewal of the current service period. Late requests will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Same-Day Services: Orders placed under same-day service or urgent delivery categories are non-cancellable once processing has begun.

2. Cafune Solutions-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services for the following reasons:

  • Breach of terms and conditions.
  • Non-payment of dues.
  • Any other valid reason, which will be communicated in writing.

In such cases, affected clients will receive prior notice.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested for services not fully delivered or completed. The following criteria apply:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of service commencement.
  • Refunds are not applicable to one-time setup fees, consultation charges, or third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom web design, development projects, and digital marketing campaigns are non-refundable once milestones or deliverables are approved.
  • Web hosting fees paid in advance are non-refundable due to third-party hosting arrangements.

3. Partial Refunds

  • For ongoing subscription services, partial refunds may be issued on a prorated basis for unused portions of the service period, subject to management approval.

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Refunds must be requested by emailing info@cafunesol.in with your account details and a clear explanation for the request.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Special Considerations

  • Refunds are not provided for delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals during the project timeline.
  • Dissatisfaction with completed services must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a review.
